Redneck Lazy BBQ

crockpot......... yep ............crockpot people..

BBQ sauce of choice reserve 1/3 of bottle

1 roast DEER, BEEF, Boston Butt never tried this with anything else but a friend said you can use coon and moose... I have no idea where you get moose at in alabama. I am scared of Coons

1 onion large chopped and 2TBL garlic chopped

1/2 cup jack daniels or whiskey of any kind but we Southern Gals like JACK.... cola will do in a pinch or dr pepper to give the bbq a sweet taste.......

put everything in pot and cook on high for at least 6 to 8 hours hrs if frozen and 3 to 4 hours if thawed.

At end of cooking time take out meat shred with 2 forks and pour reserve sauce and 1/2 cup juice from pot in large bowl and serve over buns with chips and cola with slice of lime and jack.

Tomatoes Sliced
Feta Cheese
Cucumbers Peeled and Sliced
Red Onion Sliced Thin

Layer tomatoes, , cucumber, onion and sprinkle with cheese

Dressing

Any bottle of Zesty Itailin Dressing add 2 TBL of Parsley, 2 tsp of Itailian seasoning, 2 TBL of finely chopped garlic, and lemon juice 2 TBL

Mix well in bottle and poutr over veggies...

summer salad with bread and red wine........... fruit for dessert

  7. Pasta all kinds they make life happy.

  8. Rice.

  9. Burrito Wraps

  10. Cheese is soooooo good for you.
  11. Spices
  12. Olive Oil

With the above items i will show some quick and easy recipes for the lazy, i mean busy cook.
