GREENS FOR THE HOLIDAY

I  love greens with pepper sauce and cornbread, here in the south that is a meal inall by its lonesome.

you will need:
1/2  pak think slice bacon. cut into 1 inch pieces. basicly about 4 cups
3 stalks of celery diced small
1 medium onion diced small
3 can of greens drained


ok get that big pot and stir fry that bacon drain 1/2 the grease off but leave about 3 to 4 tbsps when its half done get the onion and clerey cook till tender and then add can of greens simmer slowly for about 30 mins to an hour and let the flavors mingle......


no one will ever know you cheated and used can.......maybe
